How it works

See Slab in action.

From "how ready are we?" to a finished evidence pack. Here is the whole loop, shown with anonymised data from a sample construction business.

01 · Dashboard

See how audit-ready you are, at a glance

Every standard you hold, scored against every clause. Green where you are ready, amber where evidence is in progress, and a clear count of what still needs attention. No more guessing how a surveillance audit would go.

02 · Clause detail

Drill into any standard, clause by clause

Open a standard to see readiness at the clause level. Each commitment is mapped to the clause it satisfies, with its current evidence and what is still outstanding. The work is visible, not buried in a folder somewhere.

03 · Commitments

Every commitment, tracked and mapped

Filter by project, standard, status or cadence. Each commitment carries its status, how often it is due, and the clause it answers to. Evidence is drawn from the documents you already produce, so nothing has to be recreated.

04 · Audit pack

Your evidence, laid out the way an auditor reads it

An evidence pack across every standard in scope: what is current, what is in review, and anything missing. Summarised at the top, detailed below, structured the way a UKAS-accredited auditor expects. The week-long scramble becomes a single document.
